Highlights for 2018 – 2019

  • Conference dates: February 7, 8, 9, 2019
  • IMPORTANT INSURANCE POLICY CHANGE: For liability reasons, Georgia Thespians can no longer take late applications as we are now required to run background scans on every adult attending our conference. You will also be required to submit all the names of your booth representatives (if applicable for exhibit booths) with your application and cannot swap out names after deadline. Before accessing the Exhibitor application, please decide/coordinate who you will be bringing to our 2019 conference and keep in mind that we are not able to make changes after registration deadline.

We welcome you the the Georgia Thespian Conference. Every year, Georgia Thespians invites various outside guests to participate in our conference. Join us for the best three days of high school theatre in Georgia attended by over 5,500 students, parents, and theatre directors.

If you would like to be a guest and can give a workshop, judge, sell merchandise, exhibitor your product/service, etc, then please select the appropriate link below:


1. Vendor

As a Georgia Thespian Conference vendor, you will receive a booth in the spacious Columbus Trade Center, to sell theatre, educational, or business products to over 5,500 conference attendees – students and adults. Booths are measured 8’ X 10’ and come with one 6’ table and two chairs. Power is available upon request, and additional tables are available with a fee. You will receive two conference passes that will allow you to enjoy our lunch and dinners options while conference is open!

2. Exhibitor

As a Georgia Thespian Conference exhibitor, you will receive a booth in the spacious Columbus Trade Center, to display or distribute information on your theatre, educational, or business products to over 5,500 conference attendees – students and adults. Booths are measured 8’ X 10’ and come with one 6’ table and two chairs. Power is available upon request, and additional tables are available with a fee. You will receive two conference passes that will allow you to enjoy our lunch and dinners options while conference is open!

3. Conference Sponsor

One who donates to help make this a successful conference. Georgia Thespians has numerous conference sponsor levels and options.

  • Dimond Sponsor $3000
  • Platinum Sponsor $2000
  • Gold Sponsor $1000
  • Silver Sponsor $500

4. College Representative

One who sits in on our college auditions and mans at college booth in our exhibit area. As an invited College Representative you will receive a booth in our conference exhibit hall and up to FIVE conference access passes (badges) so you and your colleagues can tour our conference, attend the student college auditions, and all enjoy our lunch and dinners options while conference is open! 5. Workshop Presenter

One who conducts a workshop at the Georgia Thespian Conference. Compensation for workshop presenters is based on a tiered model:

  • Tier 1: Local
  • Tier 2: Driving
  • Tier 3: Flying In

6. Adjudicators

One who conducts adjudication for Individual Events or Thespian Scholarships. Compensation for workshop presenters is based on a tiered model:

  • Tier 1: Local
    Tier 2: Driving
    Tier 3: Flying In
