High School Georgia Thespian Conference

February 5 - February 7, 2026
Uptown Columbus, Georgia

High schools (grades 9-12) with active troupe memberships are welcome. High school Troupe Directors will coordinate and be responsible for registering their school’s attendees.

 

Troupe Directors may register inducted Thespians currently enrolled at your school this year and chaperones who are (or will be) 21 by February 5, 2026. Georgia Thespians will cap attendance at 7,000 attendees if necessary. 

 

Registered Troupe Directors and chaperones can attend all conference events but should also consider themselves supervisors of students throughout the conference.​

Details
Cost
  • $150 per attendee

  • $55 per troupe assessment fee

  • $25 – $45 per program (optional; see program for more details)

  • Registration change fees: see Registration Modification process and fee schedule in the Conference Registration Guide

Complete Registration Submission Must Include
  • Registration invoice with required signature section completed, printed in “portrait” (not in “landscape”)

  • Payment or a copy of the emailed credit card receipt if you paid online.

  • Completed Conference Agreement Forms for all your attendees organized alphabetically by last name

 

Registration invoices and Conference Agreement forms will be submitted digitally. Please do not snail-mail invoices and agreement forms.

Registration Opens: Sunday, ​September 28 at 9:00 AM

Registration Closes: Wednesday, November 5 at 5:00 PM

All checks/money orders should be made payable to “Georgia Thespians”.

Meals

Bus Parking

Troupes bringing buses have street parking options along Front Avenue: the Columbus Convention and Trade Center (801 Front Avenue, Columbus, Georgia 31901), the CSU Coca-Cola Space Science Center, and other available street parking spaces in the area.

 

Unloading:

Busses can upload at CSU Riverside Theatre Complex at the corner of Bay Avenue and 10th Street or in front of RiverCenter for the Performing Arts (900 Broadway, Columbus, Georgia 31901).
