Registration for the 2019 GA Theatre Educators Conference is currently not open. Please visit us in April 2019.
By registering for the Georgia Theatre Educators Conference, you’ll have access to valuable resources, a network of peers, and professional development. Registration fee includes:
- Admittance to workshops.
- Admittance to all panel discussions and keynote speaker presentations.
- Evening cocktail and hors d’oeurve reception.
- Lunch on Friday and Saturday. Hotel guests will receive breakfast if booking their rooms through reserved room block.
In order to register for conference, you will need to have a website user account. Select “Conference Registration Area” from the Quick Links menu in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Follow the directions there.

We can offer a late registration option of $200 until August 14, 2019, or until we reach reach our maximum head count. We encourage you to register during early-bird and regular registration.
Spouse option: If you would like to bring your spouse to the two lunches and the evening reception then choose the $80 spouse add-on in your online registration.

When paying online, you do not need to mail a copy of your completed registration.

If your bookkeeper needs a new W-9 form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request one.
You are not officially registered until your payment has been received. At that time, your online registration status will be changed from “SUBMITTED” to “ACCEPTED.” The Chapter Director and the Chapter Board reserve the right to deny registration to any individual for the safety and general welfare of the conference participants.
Your registration form is your invoice you give to your bookkeeper. The online change from “SUBMITTED” to “ACCEPTED” is your receipt. The webmaster will email you when your registration is accepted.
We are not able to honor emailed requests to confirm receipt of materials.
Attendees must be 21 years of age or older by August 23, 2019.
No infants/small children can be present at any conference space/function, as dictated by the stipulations of our liability insurance policy.
All fees are non-refundable.
