GAEdTA Registration

By registering for the Georgia Theatre Educators Conference, you’ll have access to valuable resources, a network of peers, and professional development. Registration fee includes:

  • Admittance to workshops.
  • Admittance to all panel discussions and keynote speaker presentations.
  • Evening cocktail and hors d’oeurve receptions.
  • Mid-morning and afternoon beverage break on Friday and Saturday.

In order to register for conference, you will need to have a website user account. Select “Conference Registration Area” from the Quick Links menu in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Follow the directions there.

Conference Registration Packet

When mailing in your conference registration fees, your packet must include:

  • Payment (check, cash, or money order)
  • Copy of your registration (screen print out in portrait) with required signatures.

Hand delivery of the conference registration fees and forms to personal mailboxes/addresses is not permitted.

If your bookkeeper needs a new W-9 form, please email and request one.

You are not officially registered until all of your payment and copy of registration. At that time, your online registration status will be changed from “Submitted” to “Complete.”

You are not officially registered until your payment has been received. At that time, your online registration status will be changed from “Pending” to “Accepted.”   The Chapter Director and the Chapter Board reserve the right to deny registration to any individual for the safety and general welfare of the conference participants.

Your registration form is your “Invoice” you give to your bookkeeper. The on-line change from “Pending” to “Accepted” is your receipt. The webmaster will email you when your registration is complete and post a list of completed troupes on the website.

We are not be able to honor emailed requests to confirm receipt of materials.

Attendees must be 21 years of age or older by August 24, 2017.

No infants/small children can be present at any conference space/function, as dictated by the stipulations of our liability insurance.

All fees are non-refundable.
