Georgia has become a hub for filmmaking. The Georgia Thespian Film Festival allows students to showcase their student-produced films, have professionals in the film industry evaluate and give feedback on those films, and participate in an interactive talkback session.

To participate, troupes may submit up to two short films between 3 and 10 minutes long, including credits. The films will then be viewed and evaluated by a panel of professionals, and a showcase of films will be curated for viewing during the conference. Each film submitted will receive individual feedback. Because of the limited time of the event, some submissions will not be showcased.
